Oligarchy

What is oligarchy?


Oligarchy is a small government in which only wealthy, militar, and politics are the ones who rule. Oligarchy comes from the Greek words in which "oligos" means few and archo means "to rule". Some political theosists have afirmed that in every society there is an oligarchy supported by the politics. Oligarchy is a form of power structure in which few people are the ones who decide. The book of Jeffrey A. Winters "Oligarchy" he defines oligarchy as "the politics of wealth defense by materially endowed actors."

Corruption


Political corruption can de defined as any transaction between the government and any private company in which the states money is given to this companies. This type of corruption takes place at the high levels of the political system, involving distinguished and importants members of the government that use their authority to enforce the laws, and in this way they sustain their power, status and wealth.

Political Corruption not only leads to the misallocation of resources, but it also perverts the manner in which decisions are made. It is when the legal bases, against which corrupt practices are usually evaluated and judged, are weak and furthermore subject to downright encroachment by the rulers.

Tsar Nicholas II

Tsar Nicholas II


Tsar Nicholas II was the Russia's last emperor he was born was born at Krasnoye Selo in May 18 of 1868. He follow the legacy of his father Alexander III who died from a liver disease on 20 October 1894 when Nicholas was 26.He command since November 1, 1894 until his enforced retirement on 2 March 1917. He was also known by the enemies as bloody Nicholas because of the Khodynka Tragedy, the bloody sunday, the anti-Semitic pogrograms,and the violent abolishment of 1905 revolution.

Under his rule he was defeat in the war with Japan (1904-1905) which saw almost the total massacre of the Russian Baltic Fleet at the Battle of Tsushima.

Bolshevik


Bolshevik is a member of a wing of the Russian, social - democratic workers party. It was lead by Lenin. It seized control of the government in Russia in October in 1917 and became the dominant political power. It originated at the party's second congress when Lenin's followers insisted that the party membership should be restricted to professional revolutionaries, it won a temporary majority of the party's central committee and on the editorial board of newspaper Iskra. The Bolsheviks wanted to overthrow the provisional governement and set up a governement for the proletariat. They implemented an extreme Communist state, and communist principles, with this came a dictatorship of the proletariat and they used terror to manipulate the people…
